Essay Samples on Racism
Essay Samples on RacismThe problem with college students learning the language of racism is not that they lack the ability to do it but rather that they are going to college for something they may not want to do. A lot of them believe they will have a better chance at finding employment if they can go into a job interview asking questions about the color of their skin, the color of their hair, or what color their skin is.Some college students are not even aware that they may be doing this or they think that they are being polite to the employer. In fact, they are not being polite and they could be having a career ruining effect on their chances for getting the job.The entire idea behind having a resume that showcases your work ethic and potential for getting a job, is that if you are passionate about your career and think that you are the perfect candidate for the job, you will prove that you are indeed the best person for the job. That's why so many people write a job description us ing terms like, 'expert', 'highly qualified', 'great experience', 'uniquely talented', and so on.The next time you are looking for essay samples on racism, there are certain ways you need to be thinking. It could be because you are concerned about offending anyone at the college or university you are applying to, or it could be because you are concerned about being labeled as a racist. You see, the basic concept is that you cannot write something like, 'I'm afraid of black people' or something similar. One of the things you can do is use one word and that is; 'afraid'. No matter how much research you have done or how much time you spend on going over your options to come up with the best words to say about your fears, there is a limit to how many words you can use.If you are really scared about racism or are fearful of offending someone in the college, a question you can put in your essay samples on racism is, 'I'm afraid of racism'. As long as you do not use racial slurs, curse at a ny other group, etc.Another reason why colleges are not necessarily looking for essays samples on racism is because many college students now don't have a clue about what an essay is supposed to look like. The bottom line is that if you want to go to college, you should show how much you are interested in being there and what you really want to do with your life.
